Garo Double Habano

Garo Double Habano Torpedo
Size: 6.0" x 52
Humidor Condition: 69% @ 73°

Overview: This cigar has a dark spotted black and brown silky smooth wrapper with tight seams, medium veins and almost no tooth. Double cap, but the top most was a bit messed up, but probably just a shipping problem. Tight even pack with a slightly bitter and sweet barnyard-like aroma.

Review:
Initial Light: Solid medium bodied, perfect draw and smoke output on both ends. Taste is a bit woody and yeasty almost like fresh bread. Smoke is thick and chewy. Great start.

First Third: Body up to a medium-full. Flavor has changed to a super sweet, dark chocolate flavor with a medium long pepper finish. Ash held to about 1.5"

Second Third: Body and flavor haven't changed but the finish is a really strong pepper, and it has plumes of rich thick smoke.

End: Still medium-full bodied with a huge pepper finish. However the flavor has moved back to nice woody flavor and super thick and chewy smoke.

Last Comments: Very enjoyable smoke, loved it.

Rating: 8/10
